Just wondering, what is the difference between a coin graded DCAM and one graded DCAM Silver?

The deep cameo (DCam) silver means the coin is made of silver. The regular DCam is just a regular clad coin with a deep cameo designation.

So simply one is made of silver while the other is not.. But both are deep cameo (Dcam)
