What's the size?

I *think* it's from Nicaea, Bithynia and the thing on the back is a 'games basket with palm branch'. Gimme a few minutes and I'll find some examples.

A Geta from coinproject, details here http://www.coinproject.com/coin_det...?coin=185248

They don't match exactly but maybe it will help lead to the right thing.

I "think" it is Elagabalus. Young portrait and I can read ANTONINVS
while Caracalla is always possible I would incline to the former.
