I came across this on ebay and thought it might be a Lincoln Cent Planchet with a possible Lamination.I ask the seller how much it weighted & he replied he had forgot to add that to the original listing.He said it weighed 10 grams and was 33 mm in size.That's to small for a half dollar so my question is,What is it?It doe's seem to have a rim

Possibly a planchet for a foreign coin but I think it is more likely a planchet for a privately minted token.
