So I got a new flashlight last night and headed back to the community center where I work. I had a feeling I'd find some more money since every time I go, I pull up coins. Sure enough, I found $1.88 still buried. I put it in the rock tumbler and photographed it today. It was an even split on copper and zinc cents. I think it's interesting how each looks after being cleaned off. I went again tonight and found even more money, but it is tumbling now so I will post it later.

Tumbling? I just soak clad coins I find in soapy water and rub them against each other in my sink. Sometimes, I'll even take a toothbrush and clean off any BIG chunks of dirt.
