1872-H Twenty Five Cents 7/7 - Value?

justanothercoinaddict Valued Member United States 467 Posts	Posted 08/29/2013 6:22 pm Can anyone help me assign a value to an MS64 1872-H 7/7 twenty-five cents? The coin is graded by PCGS. Trends only goes to MS63 and Charlton does not list anything beyond AU50. I appreciate any help. Report this Post to the Staff

doubleeagle59 Pillar of the Community Canada 2495 Posts	Posted 08/29/2013 6:25 pm Because we can't see the coin and it's graded by PCGS as an ms64, personally, I would value it as an ICCS ms63 at the trends price of $2750.00. Sorry for the lack of photos. This coin is a real beauty and I feel that it would go 64 if graded by ICCS, but hey, that is only my opinion. With soo many MS-64/MS-65/MS-66 being graded by T.P.G.'s, why are these categories not included in trend pricing? If the argument is there's no space at the end of the column, then eliminate the G-4/VG-8 categories. It's far easier to guestimate the price of a G-4 coin vs an MS-6 coin!
