Vaclav Havel 1989 Silver Medallion - Can't Find Any Info!

I posted this coin on the World Coins board but no responses... I am trying to research this medallion and can't find out much about it. It is a Vaclav Havel dated 1989 Silver Medallion. He was first elected president in December 1989 after Czechoslovakia became free of Russian control and in this office he served continuously until 2003. I have found more recent examples but can't find anything about this one. Any help appreciated including suggestions on how to research this one.

Here's one that doesn't seem to have the "D" beneath Havel's name. Not much more info, though.
