On a side note, have you seen these Canada Post bars with different mint marks? They predated the JMM versions, I believe. I know there is a few more JMM stamps I'm missing that I will keep my eye out for now. I know the Jacques Cartier Mint(JCM) of Canada made silver olympic stamps very similar to the ones Johnson Matthey and Mallory made. Here are some pictures of the Jacques Cartier Mint silver stamps. There were also stamp replicas made of gold which I have never seen. APMEX has them listed on their website for $50-80 but they regularly sell on ebay for $30-35. Collectors like me find them more desirable still in their original mint seals so maybe you would get more. Hope that helps. Report this Post to the Staff
