Canada Post still has all the Superman coins (except the gold coin) available at issue price. Also, post offices are getting them in the next couple of days. Not sure why people are on waiting lists, unless it's for the gold coin: : http://www.canadapost.ca/shop/e-bou...ecution=e1s1

Quote: Canada Post still has all the Superman coins (except the gold coin) available at issue price. That is not true. You need to add the item to the cart and try to checkout. Then it will tell you which one is still available. For example, the "man of steel" coin has been unavailable since the past Saturday.

@ Shopaholic, interesting that CP displays what is not available. Checked the other coins. Only the Man of Steele is unavailable. The other 5 coins are available upon checkout.
@ Panda, Perhaps some PO's are running out of coins, but some haven't even gotten them in yet.
BINs don't mean much. Completed listings are what tells the story.... Gatewest still has the price of $950...will be interesting to see what happens once the gold coins are in hand....

The Main Post Office on Georgia Street in Vancouver have all of the Superman Coins except for the gold one. They have a nice litle display with old Superman comics.

Ya well my local post office has nothing but a few mint coins and no superman stuff, the nearest major post office in like 2 hours drive. Just sucks that I ordered like the first MC day when they were still ? on a blank coin and they ship out too dealers but we get stuck with back ordered coins.... On a lighter note.. I was wondering if people where trying to do a fix for their coins falling out on the cases when moving/tilting them, I was thinking of getting some fine black silk and cutting it out to a bit bigger then the size of the coin capsule and sort of pressing the coin in with the silk, that may just hold it in place, but you don't want it too tight, need to try a few different materials maybe.

It sucks that folks are getting "Back Ordered" emails for there Superman coins! So far I haven't received one, but it could come ant time... I hope the delays won't be long. @ Northerncoins, your idea about fixing the falling out coins sounds like it might be a a good one. In the meantime, at least they won't fall out if the display box stays stationary. Thanks again to the RCM for shipping these coins "faster than a speeding bullet"!

Hi Northerncoins, the coin I got from the mint (halogram one)had the coin 'taped' into it's place. I was concerned it would leave a gooey mess, but when the tape was removed, it didn't leave any residue.

Did anyone else receive the booklet that Silveroid posted a few pages back in the mail? I received one today despite having not bought any of the Superman coins from the online site. I wonder if they're just sending one to all of their customers
