Well, besides the stuff mentioned by LonesomeDove at RFD, there will be some coins not shown at the Vancouver event.

One coin they forgot to mention was the 'Autumn Falls' coin. Similar to Autumn bliss and rapid falls. Looked nice and quite a few people preordered that one. It is scary to see how many coins will be released in September. The event was pretty nice but crowded and took a while to pay for the preorders. They served drinks / wines / Hors d'oeuvre. They also gave away a nice little letter opener on the way out. If you received an Ottawa invite, I would suggest that you check it out.

The 10 oz coin is selling for $899, mintage is 1000 coins. It will be a maple leaf theme coin.
The 5 oz coin is selling for $549, mintage is 1500 coins. This coin is a gold plate accented coin replica of the circulation looney. It will be part of a series of 5 oz coins, replicating circulating coins. Other coins in the series will be a 5 oz nickel, 5 oz dime, 5 oz quarter. and a 5 oz townie.
I expect this series of coins will be very popular.

I expect this series of coins will be very popular. No 50-cent piece, MoneyPenney? And what about the denomination - same as on the circulation coins or NCLT related? Why it so expensive - it only 5oz of silver. Will someone agree to pay for the just replica more than $200? Just joking with last question... Will wait for the nickel.

I did not see the 50 cent coin mentioned in the promotional brochures. I think the 50 cent coin is not considered a circulating coin.
The loonie coin is the exact replica of the loonie. It says a loonie like the one in your pocket. There were no pictures of the other coins but I presume it will have what is currently on them.
Well, the penny coin a couple of years ago was 5 oz. So these coins will match that one. Now you can have a matching set of 5 oz circulating coins.

Thanks a lot, MoneyPenney, for clarification Quote: Well, the penny coin a couple of years ago was 5 oz. So these coins will match that one. Now you can have a matching set of 5 oz circulating coins. Well, for someone who can afford it (that in addition depends on the frequency of issues), will be expensive "set of the pocket change".

Those 5oz coins sound like it'd be an impressive collection to show off. They are not making it easy to collect the series with that price tag. I guess it's like silveroid said it'll depend on frequency.

Farewell to the Penny - had no gold accents... Therefore this 5 oz set of present day circulation coins could arguably be a series on its own - w/o penny...no?

@mts: Batman's 75th anniversary coins? I'm sure they can find a Canadian, somewhere, who worked, in any way, on that character? Please?
