Hi new here so bare with ... I bought a bag of coins from an estate sale I have the Travail Famille Patrie 1 franc Coins from 1942 to 1945 any suggestions on how to find there value. I also have some other coins from Germany 1940 - 1945 and an 1891 Deutsches Reich Pfennig.. I bought the bag for $1.00 I had a coin dealer offer me $15.00. I walked away. Maybe an idea how to cost them out... thanks!

Start here:

http://en.numista.com/catalogue/france-1.html

This brings you to a big list of French coins. Towards the top of the page, in the middle, add the word "travail" in the 'keywords' area. This will give you the list of coins that you seek.

Get back to me if you get lost.

WELCOME, TEX!

some Geran coins have a letter that indicates the place of minting. This determines, together with the date, coinvalue and quality the price you will get for a coin.
You can find soe information on this side : http://(131231) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed /
It contains the same information as the catalogs of Krause
