Nice group of coins Bobby. I particularly like the Carthage mint one. The Julia Maesa is pretty worn and IMO is worth @$20. The two Galerius are nice examples and have a nice sand patina. The Carthage mint one is worth more $25-$30, the other $20.

Thanks guys - thats about what I thought echizento, most on-line sellers these days seem to be a little (or a lot) optimistic though, seen worse coins advertised at and above $100 mark.
Amazes me how highly some sellers rate their own coins, can be a real pain if you see something you want!

I notice there is a lot of good information provided with the coins. Although you are missing weight and diameter. I also notice this is quite common when the "Roman" guys post coins. Is weight and diameter not as important with these coins? Just curious...

Quote: Although you are missing weight and diameter...weight and diameter not as important with these coins? Thought I'd already replied to this, just noticed I hadn't! Not sure why Anoob, but I think your correct, us 'Romans' seem to bother less. Maybe its because they are pretty standard if you know the coin type and recognise it? I do sometimes list sizes and weights but only when I consider them unusual. FYI 28mm 9.10g 28mm 9.55g 28mm 9.33g 28mm 9.95g 18mm 2.75g PS - the last three are up on ebay now, I'll offer free postage to anyone from the forum who is interested.
