I found some old medal or coin , I live in Southern sweden . does anyone know what this is ? Medal-Or-Coin?

The legends seemed to be in Latin. On the side with the portrait, starting at the top, is likely where the name of the person depicted would read. Looking closely, it seemed to start with IOANNIS. I started searching from there.
