Hello all

Is there anyone out there who has good knowledge of SA mint gold proof sets, Krugerrand and Natura ?
What is the quality of the above coins in general? I have seen one or two comments quoting that there can often be coin defects, in particular on the Natura coins ?
Do the SA mint check all proof coins after manufacture?
I will be grateful for further info
