It's Brazil P-183b from 1966 - 1967. It's worth about $1-2

This note was originally issued without the overprint in 1961-1963.
The overprint is part of an the Brazilian monetary reform in 1966 and 1967. They removed three zeros from their money, making 1000 cruzeiros equal to only 1 cruzeiro novo - or your 10 cruzeiro note only worth 1 centavo.

Your note appears to have the correct title of Ministro, and according to the catalog would have been issued in 1967.

Do the Brazilian notes without the overprint, before the devaluation, have any collector's value?
Thank you.
