Anyone heard of a thin planchet variety of this one

Any ideas to value ?

The strike looks off seems like a very weekly struck coin that circulated for a while.

It MAY possibly have been given an acid bath a long time ago, and has completely repatinated.

I have seen a genuine thin planchet British penny, about 60% of correct weight, and ALL of the detail is perfectly struck up.
