The best advice I can give is to look to the left of your screen where it says "SEARCH COIN COMMUNITY"
If you type Reyes Catolicos in that box, you will see a lot of coins looking like yours. Some are real but many are fake.

This one is, sadly, one of the fake ones. These coins are supposed to be silver; these garbled replicas are brassy copper. You can find many similar examples by doing the search alganbagerap suggests; here's one old thread with one, for example.
