-Rant on-
I sent in my voucher of four to PCGS last month in which it was received into their system on 01 Oct 2013. I keep an eye on the Shared Orders webpage to see which order numbers are going through the gauntlet throughout the day. What bugs me is the order in which these "Order Numbers" goes through. I see some that are processed in as few as a couple of days, while others with the same amount of coins take a month plus. I am aware that there are different tiers (Rarities, Walkthrough, Express, Regular, Economy, Modern, Mint Errors and Special Issues) and their speed is based upon how much you are willing to fork over. My submittals are no great rarities and they were sent in using the Regular Service Level (15 day estimated turnaround time) with two attribution requests placed as well (add a couple of days). It's only been eight days, but...grrrr.
It just bugs me to see other orders jump into the "diamond lane" while I am stuck in the middle lane behind an AMC Gremlin.
In time all good things come around...hopefully I will have my latest
IHC waiting for me to take my mind off of this.

Does anyone know how to decipher their Submission Number System? I have a 12XXXX (six digits) number, while there are (seven digits) 77XXXXX and 49XXXXX and 99XXXXX numbers. There must some logic behind it.

The Order Numbers seem to be consecutive (eight digits) 20XXXXXX, yet jumbled from the aforementioned rant.
