Actually the coin is worth a lot more than what he claims, even if it was graded at MS65 - $32...because there is no w. According to Coins&Canada if it was MS66 then probably $65
Though no circulation quarters were issued in '98,those with no w are not rare,they can be found in Ottawa BU sets which are easily available under $20.Pricing of MS66 NBU at $65 is extremely optimistic.

Thanks DBM I thought they where more on the rare side, $65 would be a little much for MS66. So with that said my MS67 might be worth about $40-50 I would assume.
