What are these coins. The second one is in the size of a fishscale or little nickel. The other one is just slightly bigger

The first coin is not Canadian. The second, from the obverse, is from Newfoundland. If the diameter is 15.49 mm it is a 5¢ coin or 17.96mm for the 10¢.I don't recognize the reverse side it must have been altered somehow.

Hi Compwhiz67, Welcome to the Forum.
The first coin is from Great Britian, a 1900 Three pence (pronounced thrip ence). It is made of Silver and had a mintage of 10,661,000. Hard to tell the exact condition of a coin from a photo, but I'd estimate the coin is worth about a dollar or two.

I'd agree with Bromac, that the second coin reverse has been altered quite a bit. This is where you would expect to see a date and denomination.

Hope this helps.
