Looking at the picture tells me they are opened out of the mint packaging - so anything beyond that is buying on faith. I don't partake in the "unsearched" "unopened" bogus claims. I think the majority of bidders understand it's not an unopened Mint shipping parcel. Maybe the usage is wrong but the idea is correct.
