I was looking for a nice affordable gold piece. I have always wanted the Indian $2.50 or $5.00. I found a nice pcgs au58 $2.50
What do you think ? I just made arrangements to buy this one. A fair price w/free shipping. Nice pics. I'm sure it is better in person. Thanks

Looks very good. Once you get ready for a step up, look to the $10 Indian. This is absolutely a stunning coin.

Sweet coin! That Indian design is one of my favorites and by far my favorite US gold design.

Grovey, Congratulations!!! These are beautiful coins. I posted an article in coins in the news about how the design came to be. I have to agree with ND, the Full Eagles are a sight to see. I love the $2.50 gold pieces. These coins have a great history and go back almost to the beginning of our coinage.(they ran 133 years!) They came along in 1796, one year after the $5.00 and $10.00 pieces. They are rising in value very rapidly. You probably have started a new "addiction" Mike [:p]
