This isn't too shabby. Bit of an odd colour.

Posthumous, DIVA FAVSTINA PIA, SIDERIBVS RECEPTA (received from the heavens, or perhaps closer as 'received by the heavens' - the literal translation is Stars receive).

DIVA FAUSTINA JUNIOR, daughter of Antoninus Pius,
wife of Marcus Aurelius. Died 175/6 AD. Æ
Sestertius (23.69 gm, 12h). Commemorative issue
struck under Aurelius, circa 175/6 AD. Draped bust
right / Diva Faustina, as Diana, holding torch;
crescent behind neck. RIC III 1715 (Aurelius); MIR
18, 64-6c; BMCRE 1584 (Aurelius); Cohen 215.

This is it, smaller than the one you have there, this one is approx 22mm in diameter and weighs 6.37 grams.
