These look pretty close to me but what do others think, I know its possible to overlay the busts in some picture programs but I'm not sure how. The reverses are certainly different.

I read somewhere that the legends and portraits were stamped separately, is that true?
Looks like a die match to me.

The more I look at it the more convinced I am - was on my Chromebook earlier so couldn't fiddle with the pictures properly, these are maybe better:
Obverse-Die-Match?

Its quite an interesting match to be honest - the obverse is a certainty, the reverse is a little more interesting. Genius is certainly different but I think the legends may match meaning that the reverse die was repaired at some point?

I'm over the moon at finding it, been looking for a match for a while - I'm a bit embarrassed though that I actually own both coins and I hadn't noticed until now

What I find even more interesting is the fact that this is considered a common coin - in searching the web I have only been able to find 23 records/photographs of them, the above is not the only die match found within these 23 coins. Below is another match, one of the coins is mine the other belongs to member Jamesicus.

Obverse-Die-Match?

Is finding 2 matches in 23 something odd or out of the ordinary

Looks like 99.9% doesn't it. The O in CONSTANTIVS is oval in one yet more or less circular in the other.
Re sharpened perhaps ?
Interesting

I definitely think something has been done to it FVRIVS - I think the second coin (in pic 2) is the older of the two and the die has lost detail and had minor repairs on the obverse and maybe major repairs on the reverse. The coin is poor in hand, I thought this was just wear when I bought it, maybe it was poor from striking as the dies were in such bad shape and poorly repaired.
