Ok I'm pretty sure it as the title says. Two things I can't read the far east script at the top and the R in the shield I have seen it before but getting old and it has slipped out of memory.
Can any body read the graphic?
And anybody remember the name that goes with the stylized R?

The top looks like Japanese katakana... "Rio", if I remember right. (or Riu, it's been a long time )
