Does the BEP keep a running total on what is still out in circulation on bills and can you access it.

BEP does not keep this kind of record, they just make the stuff. Treasury does keep records of this, however.

The Annual Report of the Secretary of the Treasury has this information in very round numbers. You can find copies of the reports online at the St. Louis FED website http://fraser.stlouisfed.org/
