I contacted ebay to ask about it, and they said they sometimes give them out at random. Anybody else gotten one? I was just looking at an item on ebay yesterday, and there was a little statement by the bid box that said I could get the item for $50 less. I thought it was an offer from the seller, but soon realized it was on every page. Then I noticed that I had a coupon. Happy, but confused I was. Too good to be true, so I called them to be sure it was legit. You can't get any change back though, it's a one shot deal, so the item has to cost more than the coupon. I promptly plunked it down and paid too much for a 1909s penny I needed. I buy and sell on ebay, but not big time by any means. This kind of stuff never happens to me. Report this Post to the Staff
