I always see this on ebay for $300+, why is it so expensive compared to other teams?

What is the actual book value?

I ask because I saw one on Imaginaire.com as "Last One in Stock" for $20.99 and snagged it as soon as I saw it. It just came in the mail so I wanted to know if I got a good deal?

According to the ad, RARE - MINTAGE = 62 that explains the price.

Charlton 2014 Vol 2 says Issue Price $15.95, MS65 NC $15, MS66 NC $20 for each coin in this set. Same for the mini-puck versions and the heart shaped road jersey versions except the issue price was $24.95 for these. There is some debate about the accuracy of the mintages given for these NHL coins in some of the older threads around here.

Ya I got one of those at my Local Coin Dealer for $10. With this many people reporting ownership I doubt the mintage is only 62.

Im fairly certain that the mintage far exceeds 62 as we would have had at least 100 in stock with our initial order. Not sure how many we went through but I would be confident in saying we sold more Montreal Canadian coins than any other team.

Is that because there was no Winnipeg Jets coin that year?
