I know these are pretty much a novelty out and about.
One dealer I know buys them at face and sells them for 3.00
I came across these while cleaning out my wife's grandparents house.
From April of 1976
They are as mint as they can ever be and consecutive serial numbers to boot.
Nice sweet little find if I do say so myself.

I have one of these with the 4 stamps depicting soldiers for a 1976 note, first day issue of the stamps canceled on the 2 dollar bill, it is pretty neat.

they do look interesting. I do not think they will be worth more than face though.

If any value up and above face would be realized, in my opinion, would be for the consideration of the consecutive serial numbers before the novelty of the first day issue stamps.
