France - 1642 denier from Sedan:

The portrait is of Frederic Maurice de La Tour-d'Auvergne (1605-1652), who was Prince of Sedan and Duke of the city of Bouillon (now in Belgium). He became a general in the French Royal Army in 1635 and ceded Sedan to France in 1642.
