1584 12 Pfennig
Westphalian City of Ahlen (German States)

Obverse: "STADT ALEN 1584" with an eel in the center
Reverse: "XII" in ornamental circle

This coin is in rough shape, but it is hard to come by in any grade. From what I read, Ahlen only produced coins in 3 years between 1584 and 1616, and when it did, not many were produced.

Yes!

Very nice and thank you for that.

Today we will welcome more 1582, but tomorrow we would like to see 1581.

We are now accepting 1581!

However, we will still take any 1582 until it arrives.

There were two issues this year, a 6 Mijten and a 12 Mijten. Both are relatively scarce.
