A step closer. This is very close to the style of hte coin I'm trying to match and bridges a design gap between my coin and one I traded for. I accidently let one go for £8 earlier and that was in mint condition, so I made sure to win this one. Probably the closest to a die match ill get.

Also, theres a discussion in Roll Hunting about making a phone camera into a macro camera using a lens from a laser pointer. ~I couldnt find one of those lenses so I had to use bigger ones from a laser tag gun. But heres the results, using an IPhone camera - distorted at the edges because the lens is too big:

Ben, I paid £50 for a Canon powershot on ebay and its THE best for macro and takes lovely pics for my ebay sales....
Nice coin that, ex hoard coin from somewhere ....

nice lookin' campgate! hey...that one looks kind of familiar.

those jerey coins have some strange faction denominations don't they? (someone told me it was to make it jive in a way with some french currency).

You should really buy a decent camera, so we can enjoy your coins more ;-) After I bought a tripod, my photos have improved greatly with artificial light as well
