Not one from my hoard I might add, but from a small group of coins purchased from a dealer which were very crusty and cleaned.

Thank you.....looks too good to be authentic doesn't it? that has been the problem, some people have called them fakes as they are near as struck!!

I am nowhere near familiar enough with the style variation of genuine examples of these, to offer an opinion of any value. If I was concerned, I would have taken it personally to a friend of mine, who has a very good picture reference resource on them to which he would compare this piece. Noble Numismatics has perhaps the best numismatic reference library in Australia.

Value is high on this one for a LRB. Arles is sought after and the triple palm branch is a rarer addition. Added to the fact that its in as struck condition.

Great looking coin - the palm branch is one of the best I've seen, the reverse in general is excellent
