Im looking for:
Wholesale prices under $4 per book
Preferably generic hole, or if dated, without pds
Good, secure holes
Looks nice a plus, but not necessary. Should not look like the old whitmans vinyls.

Here is my ideal: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/15...e=UTF8&psc=1

The Whitman generic coin folders is pretty much what I want but they charge extra for delivery.

However, I've heard reviews that the holes aren't as good as little tons.

What would you recommend?

For all my American Coins (Excluding my Dansco 7070) I use "The Coin Collector" albums. Here is a member who wrote a review on them, (I agree completely with the review by the way.)

I have some extras that I could send your way. If your interested PM me and I'll send you a list. I think I have a dozen or so all of them brand new.

I use Whitman's and Warman's. The smaller the coins are, the easier it is to get them into the holes. I prefer the Warman's as they are much bigger and store much more.
