On the 1916, the design around the rim has smaller beads over Liberty's head. That was the first thing that stood out to me.

Your coin shows the beads all the same above Liberty's head.

Check the thread https://goccf.com/t/155819 for a side by side of a 1917 and a 1917.

It list what to look for on a SLQ that's dateless.

I've had a few that I thought were '16s for sure, only to find that I was wrong.(again)
