I was wondering if the 1975 with 1976 quarter half dollar and dollar,Are they normal clad or silver.Any good way to tell(dollar has great toning).thanks

I think they are clad. If you can see the edges, look for a copper color band.

If they are in a proof set with a nickle, dime, cent then they are clad. They did make silver versions of the quarter, half and dollar but they were all packaged together in a seperate set without the nickel, dime, cent.

What in your proof set?
