2006 Nickel Strong Die Clashes

On most coins there are lines leading from the denticles to the edges . This on has two very distinct lines form each denticle back into the coin above the T in cents .Any thoughts on how this happened .

On 2006, the clash usually happen in the middle of the coin, making the tip of the nose of the queen visible right under the beaver's nose. If those marks aren't PMD, they're not a clash either. They could be a damage to the die of some sort. Hard to tell from the pictures.

Seems like it would be too near the rim to be the obverse legend (II) to be a clash.
