Picked up this coin over the weekend and can't figure out if it is a circulation strike or proof- I can't capture the luster of the obverse well, but it pretty amazing and I like the toning a lot...

You should image it outside of the holder, the rims are a key area to look at when deciding proof vs. business strike. Either way, it has most likely had an old cleaning.
