I know that these coins are from Bavaria, Slovenia and Venezia (from left to right), but, I will be thankful if someone could be so kind to identify them more precisely, or to suggest me a reference book in which I can do that myself.

If anyone is interested to help, I can make a higher resolution scans of each one, or even to try to make some photo shots.
