Yup, they've done it again.

Repackaged 'set'. The four 1812 Heroes coins plus a 1kg for 2449.75 (their combined issue price) and a limit of 80. Wasn't the 1 kg just 15% off at Canada Post...

Sorry, seems to be Masters club only on this one.

At least "more normal" set than previous "icons".
Still no "Shannon" coin in the set....sure, cause it sold out.

Better hurry - there are only 60 of the 80 sets left.

You have to love this new concert at the RCM on old inventory.

The concept could be very nice, if the RCM will be flexible to have the ability to "complete" the set for the customer who bought part of the coins.

In other words - if someone already bought 1kg coin only - RCM will sell additional 4 (with the Heroes) and the box.

There's a chance it is a "Canada Only" offer - the link doesn't work for me either. I actually came across this set via a search on the RCM web site, but I still couldn't view the set. No matter for me, I wouldn't be a buyer in any case.

I guess there is so much unsold inventories of coins that discounts and gimmicks are the only way to move them, does not bold well for loyal RCM customers. Why would you buy any future coins at issue price, they have saturated the marketplace with their endless theme coins.

^^^ I agree. I realized this a long time ago and have purchased 95% of the coins this year from RCM after they have been released for a discount. I'm not buying any for 2014. Instead building up a 2014 bullion collection and working on my Canadian business strikes year sets
