Hey, everybody! It's that time! The SECOND ANNUAL CCF COLLEGE BOWL PICK 'EM CONTEST!
- The contest is open to everyone with more than 50 posts.
- By entering, you are agreeing to send a numismatic prize of your choice to the winner.
- I will be playing. In case of that awkward situation where I win, you may either send me a prize or give a prize to a young numismatist.
To enter, download the spreadsheet below. Fill in all the highlighted fields. Next to each bowl game, the spreadsheet has a DROP-DOWN menu where you will choose which team you believe will win. So you don't have to know who is playing in which game, you can just choose them from the menu. Then email the spreadsheet to the email address listed in the spreadsheet. SCORING: Each bowl game correctly picked is worth 1 point. There are 35 bowl games this year. If there is a tie after the BCS championship game, we have a couple of tiebreakers: TIEBREAKERS:
- 1st Tiebreaker: how many of the 5 BCS games did you pick correctly?
- 2nd Tiebreaker: who picked closest to the 5 BCS games point totals?
Here's the spreadsheet you'll need to email me. http://www.specksweb.com/coins/bowl...ms2013-a.xlsFirst bowl game is Saturday, December 21. Spreadsheet is due (email time stamp) before kickoff of that first game -- the New Mexico Bowl. Last year we had 6 players, I hope we have more this year. The prize I am putting up: a 1982 Washington Commemorative half dollar - 90% Silver! Any questions, feel free to post here or message me. Let everyone know here if you're signing up so we can get some interest going. Have fun!! Edited by specksynder 12/10/2013 08:09 am

jay -- we'll get you taken care of. Let me think about it tonight and come up with some elegant solution. I'll probably email you a list of game you need to pick.
Lion -- got your picks (but didn't look at 'em because I haven't picked yet)

We've got 3 entries so far, and 3 more folks who posted here that they are planning to enter. That's a great group, but there's always room for more. See the original post for entry info. You have until the start of tomorrow's first bowl game to email your entry. Woo-hoo!
