Have you guys noticed how ridiculous these get? I wish I could sell coins this expensive. Notice this lot.

Yeah, this kind of sale makes me scratch my head. I give this stuff away for face all day.

Now if "I" was to put up a lot like this for sale, I know I'd probably lose money on it. Just saying!!

I find these hard to believe too. They probably have somebody they know bidding up the auctions for them. I know people on ebay aren't this dumb. When I try to sell coins as reasonable prices people either don't bite or I lose money.

15 Bids? This is really nutty. I have been spending those half dollar coins as if just money. Here I could have been selling them. Becoming like selling all the money in your wallet.
Rest in Peace

Go lock it in your safety deposit box and then say "Out of safety deposit box!"

Looks like that auction may have been shilled. Look at his past auctions, the same guy wins a good majority of them. There is no way one person is that stupid.

Well, the thing is, is it is the state of Arkansas selling them. The treasurer finds it and after 3 years of looking for the owner, the items are sold.

I have $20 in loose 1970 and later halves in my pocket at this very moment. I will post these on ebay in small groups along with some of the beat up Ikes I have and use the money to buy an AT Pro adventure pack! Just kidding, but I do have the $20 in loose halves in my pocket.
