John Adams Color Gold Or Silverish ?

Seems a friend of mine just started finding these coins and had me starting to look for them and it seems as by the pictures the ones in the outside circle are rich gold color and the single coin in the center looks more silverish.

Must of happened in the temperature process.

it could also be cleaned or buffed.
i tried that with a Sac just to see what I would end up with and it also came out kind of silver(ish)
and I think that the Pres dollars are made of the same metal as the Sac
makes sense to me

If it was polished or buffed it happened before it got rolled and I took it out of a new 1000.00 box from the bank so I doubt that scenerio.

I've gotten a few of those. They seem pretty common, I've also come out with some Rose colored ones as well. I tried them out on ebay with neither selling over $10 It is pretty neat to see them though as in hand they really stand out from the rest.
