The 82cc is one of my favorite years. Over the last few months, the 82CC has held its own in pricing while the 83 & 84 have declined back to earlier prices.
As mentioned before, the photo is scanned and you can not get a good feel of luster and proof likeness. I would like to say the coin is in the 63 or 64 range. That being said, the hair and breast feathers are lacking some definition. Regardless, this is a very nice coin!
