1956 LWC - PMD Or Error?

4 pics provided. I think it might be PMD, but may be something else. two gouges out of the reverse are either lamination errors or damage.

The planchet is thin (tapered planchet?) or damaged to be thin where the closeup of the obverse is. it corresponds with the one gouge on the reverse.

I am thinking PMD, but hoping it is not. Thanks in advance for any help.

obverse below "LIB" damage: note rim
reverse damage: note the depression at lower right corresponds with the "mound" on the obverse upper right.
