Found this and thought it was damaged but looked through mag- and its from the mint this way, not sure the proper name for this error or what its value may be ? any help would be appreciated as I am new to coin collecting..thank you! stretch New Member Canada 17 Posts	Posted 12/22/2013 8:01 pm too shiny on missing part, not PMD, I'm sure its from mint like this, I have damaged quarters and they dull in areas of damage this is not at all..
