2006 die error? Found this and thought it was damaged but looked through mag- and its from the mint this way, not sure the proper name for this error or what its value may be ? any help would be appreciated as I am new to coin collecting..thank you!

this is a Canadian 2006 RCM logo quarter, no other visible marks on it, both sides look the same as far as missing the edge and coin is not round has little bump there..

Need better pics.Looks like PMD by those ones.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

too shiny on missing part, not PMD, I'm sure its from mint like this, I have damaged quarters and they dull in areas of damage this is not at all..
Would they grade this as error if I sent it in for that, or do they even look at them?

It is PMD (post-mint-damage),it did not leave the mint out of round with full reeding.Sorry.Keep looking though,it's fun
