That cent is a nice double struck error . Value would probably be $250 + .

Sould you get it graded is a can of worms :-) . It is a personal choice . There is no Canadian company to recommend in grading of errors . It would have to be an american one . Having it graded by one of the american firms does help in resell but does not guarantee a higher price .
