I have seen this exact dot placement before. I purchased one back when I just started collecting back in 1992. Since then I've found a couple in circulation. I didn't pay much back then...maybe 1.50 for BU so I don't know what it would be worth today. They are not too common though since I've searched thousands of 63's and found only 2.
