Are the two new bills of the $ 100 which were first presented to the public has collectors value added ? And Are they supposed to give a nice premium ?

These notes do not have much value yet as they are still being printed unless you find one with an error or extremely low serial number(1-100). Until more information is out - like how many were printed for a certain district or block - it will be too difficult to know which note to hold onto.
