I think you did good. $6.85 is around what I'd pay an UNC.

It's interesting that the seller notes its being a type B. You'd have something great and rare if it wasn't!

What am I missing? ANACS labels them like that too. Are you saying that because it's "proof" the Type B is automatic?

Aren't all known proofs of this date type B? I don't see any reason to note it if that's the case.

The link takes you to a "more chances" sales pitch. That might have been what Spud was seeing.
Nice coin for nearly melt.
My understanding of the "type B" is that by definition, the proof issues would all be the type B reverse.

All proofs are type B the mint used some proof dies for business strike 1956-1964 fun coins to collect!

I just picked up a 1958 mint set BU circulation strike coin you can find them in cherry pickers book in the Washington quarter section 59,60 most common 56 kinda challenging by the numbers
