mike lahie Valued Member Canada 117 Posts	Posted 12/28/2013 12:10 am What is the ERROR called when a coin is missing some dots that go around the coin It is a 1999 millennium.quarter from the set its the November coin with the airplane on it its missing about 7 dots in a row around the coin whats this called thanks in advance cant post pics but will try cant find it online anywhere and it came from the mint like this ..... The dots are called beads.1991 was the last year for circulation quarters with denticles.
